i recently lost my mum, almost 3 momths ago, i was loaned the book “grief recovery hand book”i was ready to start the healing, i have read 60 pages so far, and its helping some, and 1 thing said in the first few pages which is so true, ppl try to heal the mind, when its the heart thats hurting. im going to do every thing i can, to get my own copy of the book so i can make notes in it
