Wow. I tried this … Wow. I tried this and it seriously blew my mind. Thank you so much, also, am I the only person who thinks this guys voice is the most relaxing thing ever…
We have a system of … We have a system of thought in which we apply schema to what we see. For example the Northern Native Americans had no word for ‘house’, only something along the lines of ‘it houses’, as their schema didn’t apply ownership of ‘nature’s property’. This technique appears to suggest removing or playing down our schema and experiencing a less distorted world view.
BTW, I like to walk … BTW, I like to walk on the street and acknowledge the I-amness that is the already enlightened nature of everthing that is arizing and also at the same time imaginative shamanic thoughts such as in this video. This much I’m free, but more. however, there is school to go to… man it makes me feel grumpy to even think of the college I go to, but I’ve been doing well annd haven’t missed a single class. Meditation really stops the stress from arizing mostly. Breath excites and relaxes and frees up.
You are totally … You are totally deliciously Handsome my good Man!!! Wishes for the best of all that life has to offer for you and all your Loved Ones!!!

The idea is to move … The idea is to move beyond the predefined symbolism that your mind slaps onto things. Because of the way our brains work, we tend to ‘gloss over’ our environment instead of truly experiencing it as is. The moment, for example, that you say “that is a tree”, you overlay a symbolic archetypal construct on top of the literal, physical tree. No longer are you fully observing that which is here, that which is now, that which IS, but you are seeing through a filter of predefined parameters.
why not apply … why not apply symbolism that you previously know? If the thought of some kind of symbol occurs then it is part of that flowing consciousness as well and should not be stopped.
