Is that a joint your holding? Cheater. Not really, pot works and so does staring at a crt. laptops don’t have the same effect. By the way, anything you do with complete focus or immersion puts you into a deep meditative state. The key is no distraction. At least not a 1st. yeah

i know during meditation your mind lets everything go and flows but it is also important that you remain focused, as difficult as that sounds, you will have much greater results. Just don’t push yourself too hard, it comes with time, the more you do it, the better you get. Like anything else you would want to do.

a couple good mantras i use are ‘ma ohm’ and ‘ha rem’
The most crucial part of the mantra is that the words or phrase holds no meaning whatsoever or it will not work.

It may on its own, and it may not. The idea is to get to a point where it continues with little conscious effort. If it does slow, don’t worry about correcting it. Similarly, if it becomes less pronounced, you don’t have to try and make it sound clear again.

Well, I tried today for the first time.. I felt something for a while and I was back.. but I know that was because I was hungry and it was too late in the morning to meditate, but I will try morrow morning again when I’m fresh and report to you..

this meditation is very powerful….you focus all your attetion to yourself…..its even possible for 1n hour to pass by without you even knowing…….20 minutes felt like 5 to me

It isn’t bad, how ever much time you need is enough time. If you have something else to do, then maybe you shouldn’t be in it for five hours at a time, haha but really, there isn’t a specific time limit you should be under. Every minute you are, it’s just bringing you closer to your inner self.

um yeah i uhh …
um yeah i uhh watched your video and was really interested in trying meditation but had never done it and well i tried your technique but used a two sylllibal word and became lost in my meditation for five and ahalf hours. now i know you said not to go for more than about 20 minutes but..is that bad. it doesnt seem bad.
